decent stay, some concerns

rooms felt clean and had nice decoration.
The first room i got was very noisy. It faced the main road and it seemed like i was sleeping above A highway. i requested a change and after some discussion, they moved me to a quieter room. unfortunately, when i switched rooms, i left A jacket in the first room and despite asking several times, it was never found.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues

The location was very convenient. The main train station was directly opposite the hotel, a plus for travel.
The staff wasn't always attentive at check-in. I had to wait about twenty minutes despite it not being busy. Then, after checking out, I had a massage. The masseuse had a cough and a runny nose. I became unwell the next day. It really ruined the rest of my vacation.

the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included a moroccan breakfast station with omelets on the patio. the staff were very nice and super accommodating (i really appreciated their help).
i had to wait in reception for about 20 minutes to check in. it was late afternoon and it wasn't even busy. the masseuse had a cough and a runny nose during my massage.

I found the staff to be really good. Mohammad, the bagagiste, assisted me with my luggage and recommended local restaurants. he even secured a reservation for me at a popular restaurant. the breakfast selection was amazing, i especially enjoyed the fresh, varied options available each morning. the room's cleanliness was excellent. The housekeeping team maintained it daily to a high standard.
The street-facing rooms can be noisy. I advise requesting a room away from the main road if you are sensitive to sound.

the staff was attentive and always ready to help with any requests i had; mohammad, the bagagiste, was especially helpful in recommending local spots. the prompt service significantly enhanced my overall experience during my stay, it was outstanding!!!

the superior double room featured tasteful decor and a layout that maximized space, i found it perfect. the bed offered exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful sleep each night and the climate control system maintained a perfect temperature.
