the breakfast area was lovely, it offered a large choice. rooms are nicely decorated (i liked the moroccan touches).
the beds were a bit hard, a shame. i also left a jacket in the room when i switched rooms, but it was never found.

rooms felt clean and had nice decoration.
The first room i got was very noisy. It faced the main road and it reminded me of i was sleeping above A highway. i requested a change and after some discussion, they moved me to a quieter room. unfortunately, when i switched rooms, i left A jacket in the first room and despite asking several times, it was never found.

The location was very convenient. The main train station was directly opposite the hotel, a plus for travel.
The staff wasn't always attentive at check-in. I had to wait about twenty minutes despite it not being busy. Then, after checking out, I had a massage. The masseuse had a cough and a runny nose. I became unwell the next day. It really ruined the rest of my vacation.

the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included a moroccan breakfast station with omelets on the patio. the staff were very nice and super accommodating (i really appreciated their help).
i had to wait in reception for about 20 minutes to check in. it was late afternoon and it wasn't even busy. the masseuse had a cough and a runny nose during my massage.

I found the staff to be really good. Mohammad, the bagagiste, assisted me with my luggage and recommended local restaurants. he even secured a reservation for me at a popular restaurant. the breakfast selection was amazing, i especially enjoyed the fresh, varied options available each morning. the room's cleanliness was excellent. The housekeeping team maintained it daily to a high standard.
The street-facing rooms can be noisy. I advise requesting a room away from the main road if you are sensitive to sound.

The staff was attentive and always ready to help with any requests i had. Mohammad, the bagagiste, was especially helpful in recommending local spots. the prompt service significantly enhanced my overall experience , it was excellent!!!

the superior double room featured tasteful decor and a layout that maximized space, i found it perfect. the bed offered really good comfort, ensuring a restful sleep each night and the climate control system maintained a perfect temperature.
